Responsibilities

Identify and analyze relevant job opportunities on the Upwork platform.

Research and understand client requirements for each project

Create compelling and customized proposals that address client needs and demonstrate your understanding of the project.

Communicate effectively with clients through Upwork messaging, responding to inquiries, clarifying requirements, and negotiating project terms.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights to create persuasive proposals.

Track and monitor bidding activity, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups on proposals.

Maintain a high client conversion rate by consistently securing projects on the platform.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bidder or similar role.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Lahore Based Only.
  -Have Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
